What are your shipping times and options?
The most common question is how do I incorporate the cost of accidents and print problems into the price, and the honest answer is I don't. Those issues are a business expense on my side. I do my best to keep prices low and quality high, ensuring you only pay for a perfect print.
What are your 3D printed items made from, and how should I care for them?
My prints are made from either PLA, TPU, or AMS plastics, depending on what the item's specifications require. For care tips, generally keep them away from direct prolonged sunlight and extreme heat to maintain their shape and colour.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or isn't what I expected?
Any issues with your orders should be reported to me directly using the contact info on the invoice and receipt you will receive. If it is damaged in transit, I will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Can I request custom 3D prints or unique designs?
